Shipping :
We ship all orders from stock within THREE days of acceptance and payment of order. Non stock and special order items may requier a little more time before they are shipped. This is usually no more than TEN days, unless the item is on back order or is a custom or special manufacture item, in which case we will advise the delay as soon as we have that information from the suppliers.
Shipping Costs :
We have a standard rate of shipping which you will see as you progress through the check out section of the shop.
Items that requier special shipping, transport or packing, will be charged for as a separate item after the order has been accepted and payment processed. Items that are of a heavy weight or larger than usual size will attract the separate shipping charges. We would normally advise the shipping cost to the client as soon as we are aware of the total amount being charged to us by the carriers. We do not add any extra to the carriage costs ans simply pass these on to our client as charged to us by the carriers.
Returns :
Items are sold without warrentee for suitability of use except where this is expressly forbidden by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We will replace or issue a credit for items that are returned to us in unused condition, where the item was received in a damaged condition.
All packaging and other printed matter supplied with the damaged item must alaso be returned in unused condition.
We will, at our descretion, issue the client with a "Return Authorisation" which must be completed and returned to us before we issue the final return authority number to the client.
The client may then return the item to us, at their expence, clearly marked with the R.A. number on the outside of the packaging. We strongly suggest that the client ships the item via a method where they are able to obtain insurance for the value of the contents. We are not liable for loss or damage to items being returned to us for replacement, repair or credit.
